here we go again.
really, i dont need to be reminded on how precious life is. please stop reminding me such things.
i hate it man. why are people around me leaving? something bad about meeting so many people is that, they dont last. the more people you know, the more heartbreaks and disappointment you receive.
i got the news on Monday afternoon when mad called. oh manz. i was on the pavement, about to cross the road when i saw it and i was like, wtf. why. sigh. i hate motorcycles man. why did someone create such shit and stopped without creating the safety portion of it? it's just a fast-moving machine that is highly capable of getting yourself killed.
there were news reports on this. and it saddens me.
"Traffic on the PIE in the direction of Jurong was backed up due to a fatal accident involving a motorcycle, two cars and a lorry. The SCDF said that they first received a call about the accident, which happened near the Eng Neo exit at about 7.03am.
SCDF paramedics found the motorcycle rider pinned under the right rear tyre of the lorry and had to be extricated. He was pronounced dead at 7.40am.
Police said he was a Malay man in his early 30s."
why why why.
we met most of the guys. mok came over and gave us a squeeze on the shoulder. i really didnt wanna be meeting him here. if this kind of occasion were what it takes to meet mok, i rather not meet him. after that, he said to me, next time we meet will be one of yall's shot-gun weddings. har har very funny ah. i gave him a smile and he walked away. i saw him walk all the way back to his car. damn i miss him too. i wanna talk to him. :(
it's the first time stepping into a cemetery. let alone a malay cemetery. they were right. there is a particular smell in cemeteries. i've smelt this smell before. smells like a dead bird.
is this the smell of the dead, i asked.
to God be the glory, the Best is yet to be.
